A clean solar array in full sun Story 01

500 kW · Maharashtra

When a 500 kW plant needs more than cleaning.

The challengeThe plant was being cleaned, and generation still was not where the owner expected it to be. Cleaning had become the only lever anyone was pulling.
The diagnosisSoiling was real but it was not the whole story. Inverter maintenance had lapsed, generation data was being collected and not read, and no one had inspected the mounting structure since commissioning.
The interventionScope widened from cleaning to full O&M: standardised cleaning cycles, inverter inspection and maintenance, continuous data monitoring, downtime alerting and a structural audit.
The technologyEarth360 for monitoring, alerting and digital closure; mechanised cleaning on the array; trained field crew for inverter and structural work.
The resultVerified figures pending client approval before publication.
The lessonIf cleaning is the only service you buy, cleaning becomes the only explanation you get.
Story 02

Earth360 · Transformation

From reactive maintenance to digital operations.

The challengeMaintenance history lived in phone calls, photographs on personal devices and a spreadsheet nobody trusted. Nothing was wrong until something was.
The diagnosisThere was no shared record, so every issue started as an argument about what had last been done. Recurring faults looked like new faults each time.
The interventionAsset register built, SOPs digitised into technician checklists, alert routing defined, and all subsequent work closed against evidence in Earth360.
The technologyEarth360: real-time status, digital checklists, automated logging, QC and closure.
The resultVerified figures pending client approval before publication.
The lessonYou cannot improve a maintenance process you cannot see.

Robotics · Safety

Robotics replacing risky manual workflows.

The challengeCleaning the array required people to work at height on a surface that was never intended to be walked on, with quality that varied by how far a row was from the access point.
The diagnosisTwo problems wearing one costume: a safety exposure, and an inconsistency problem that no amount of supervision was going to fix.
The interventionManual passes replaced with robotic cleaning to a defined SOP. Technicians moved from working on the array to operating and verifying.
The technologyRobotic cleaning with metered water delivery; Earth360 checklist and QC closure.
The resultVerified figures pending client approval before publication.
The lessonAutomation earned its place here by removing a person from a risk, not by saving an hour.

An editorial note. OneEarth publishes performance outcomes only once the client has approved the figures and the methodology behind them. Where you see a result pending above, that approval is still in progress — we would rather show you an empty field than a number we cannot defend.
